I took my older son to Hendersonville for most of the day. We went to Hands On, a children's museum located downtown. He enjoyed creating lego cars and racing them and stayed in that area of the museum a LONG time. I did manage to catch him in the act of being silly near the stage though.
We both enjoyed seeing the bear statues around Hendersonville but don't know why they are there.

Up on the Roof
My older son and I drove from Spartanburg, SC to Chattanooga, TN today. When we arrived, we walked to the Tennessee Aquarium and purchased tickets for the River Gorge Explorer and the aquarium. Then, we walked to Thai Smile Restaurant and sat down to a wonderful meal. My son wanted to go to the Children's Museum, so we walked next door from our hotel (Hilton Garden Inn). The museum has a rooftop area where children can work with levers, gears, and pulleys. This picture is taken from the rooftop area.

Thomas Sounds Off
Actually, Thomas didn't say anything at all. He was just being silly. But, he made a great picture for the Daily Shoot today (a picture of something that communicates an unique sound). If he had made a sound, it would have been a shout of joy. I took him to the Children's Museum in Greenville. Three floors of hands-on noise and fun for all.
