Upcountry History Museum
My husband is visiting museums in the upstate in preparation for a class he will teach in the fall. Today, we saw the Upcountry History Museum in Greenville, SC. Many of the exhibits include an audio component, and there are boxes of realia for children to explore. This is not a large museum but well-done nonetheless.

To Boldly Go...
We traveled to the Air and Space Museum in Dulles. This museum contains more planes, space craft, and other interesting artifacts than the one on the mall. The boys enjoyed everything so much. Tomorrow, we visit the Lincoln, Korean, and Vietnam Memorials.

Spirit of St Louis
We went to the Air and Space Museum today. My older one LOVED it. He went to every exhibit and then revisited a couple. Luckily, the younger one zonked out, and I was able to rest my tired feet. Here is a shot of the Spirit of St. Louis which hangs inside just past the main entrance.
