Flower Store Display
I drive by this store about twice a month on the way from the main branch of the library to my house. It is only a couple of blocks from Daniel Morgan Square where the city revitalized. As close as it is, this particular block still has a seedy air about it. This florist shop always has a deserted air about it.

Teen Tech Week Display
I never tried to promote Teen Tech Week until this year. An article in YALSA's journal inspired me to try Teen Tech Week. We are hosting a contest in the library in which the winner gets a $50 Best Buy gift card, a flash drive, a MP3 player, earbuds, and a gift card for Napster. To go along with the week, I created a display. This picture shows our bookcase where we promote special events. Playways, music CDs, and books about technology are being displayed for the next week and a half.
